Are you craving a fresh salad with some autumn flair? This last week or so, I have taken a nosedive into fall foods like soups, stews and all the roasted goodies. Since I beat my cold into submission, I really wanted to feed my salad obsession and my gut with some serious raw roughage😂 without further ado I present 👉RAW AND ROASTED HARVEST SALAD with APPLE CIDER AND MAPLE VINAIGRETTE, roasted delicata, roasted purple Brussels, romaine, massaged kale, Persian cucumbers, baby bells, watermelon radish, sweet roasted corn, fleur de sel, lemon and black pepper 🤘APPLE CIDER AND MAPLE VINAIGRETTE RECIPE Combine in a jar 3T pure maple, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, pinch chili flakes, pinch salt and pepper, 1T mixed dried herbs I used Trader Joes 21 season salute blend but any type will do. Shake jar and taste for desired sweetness adjust to your tastebuds. 🤘ROASTED VEG RECIPE Cut brussells in half and de seed delicata squash and cut in half moons. Toss with a few drops evoo and sea salt and put in 450 oven on sheet pan for 15 mins turning once halfway I massaged my raw kale with a squeeze of lemon and a few drops of evoo before adding to other salad ingredients to make it more tender and palatable. This salad was just what the doctor ordered with plenty of fiber, lots of hydration from the cucumbers and a major vitamin injection from all the colorful veggies. Are you still eating the rainbow or are you all about the fall colors now?

Today is the day! Thomas just completed his scans & now we wait. – Currently en route to FOOD, duh. (super excited to be back in Seattle as the organic brunch spots are the BEST) & then back to the hospital for the results at 2! We can’t thank you enough for all the kind words, positive vibes, & prayers that everyone has been messaging/sending. We appreciate it more than you’ll EVER understand. ❤️ – These are some home made candy bars I made awhile back. Kind of trail-mix inspired, full of golden berries, @baresnacks coconut chips, a @georgiagrinders vanilla cinnamon butter salted caramel, on a @macr0mike protein biscuity base, all covered in @lilys_sweets salted caramel chocolate. SO GOOD. Anyone want the recipe!?❤️ . . . #healthydesserts #vegandessert #holisticnutrition #paleo #foodblogs #paleodiet #vegan #veganfood #veganeats #veganfoodie #cleaneating #plantpowered #edrecovery #nutrition #goodfood #vegetarian #grainfree #rawvegan #keto #paleodiet #plantbasedrecipes #glutenfree #nobake #veganrecipes #plantbased #wholefoods #wholesome #healthybaking #lowsugar #refinedsugarfree

Wow. @danishealthyeats certainly knocked these gorgeous-looking snack bars out of the park. We don’t think you can go wrong with a biscuit base, caramel, and chocolate. What makes it beyond perfect? Adding coconut chips to the mix. Brilliant!
