Tomorrow is always a day away, but sometimes, a day can feel so long that the next day seems like it will take forever. However, tomorrow never fails to arrive, and every new day is a brand new opportunity. Maybe, in a distant tomorrow, you can celebrate your birthday party outdoors. Maybe, in the distant tomorrow, you can go on a culinary cruise. Tomorrow is always a day away, but before tomorrow comes, why not make the most of the present? Welcome to this week’s Travel Tuesday blog.

This week, we’ve got a wonderful selection of photos to present to you, gathered from the galleries of the great folk of Instagram. We’ve got bird’s eye views, beautiful mirrored shots, and so much more for you to see.

Ready? Let’s go!

Our first pick of the week belongs to @yui_nisaa, presenting a wonderful shot of Railay Beach in Thailand. Here we see a wonderful natural monument of stone rising above the green canopy, while the beach itself is sandwiched between two great vistas of blue (the sky and the sea.) Photos of places near the sea are really calming.

Next up is @aussiedelight_jogja with a lovely bird’s eye shot of Western Australia’s shores. The weather of the land down under does vary depending on which coast you live in, and in Western Australia’s case, the heat and cold can be intense, but there’s no snow. Instead, you have natural vistas like these bright orange stretches of sand, a plain of vivid orange extending towards the horizon.

Mt Tsurugi looks stunning in this photo by @eri__yw. There’s something about this photo that shows both the sheer height of such a mountain, as well as the warmth that comes from being near the sun. Perhaps it’s the way the grass seems to shine because no clouds obscure the daylight. Perhaps it’s because the clouds themselves resemble a sea crashing against the slope like waves. MT Tsurugi feels quite familiar, despite being so far away.

@djreja presents a distant shot of the town of Vivero, Spain. Here we see white roofs of the distant Spanish locale blend together in a pale, almost Impressionistic smudge, a font of civilization that seems to blend in with the hues of the natural world around it. The distant framing of the town lets you appreciate the beauty of the trees and the sea, instead of just the urban landscape of the town itself.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @javy_23, presenting a gorgeous view of Mescalero Lake. The sunset that basks that lake in splendid colors is reflected in the calm waters below, the details smudged in a way that resembles a painting. It’s always stunning to see the artistry of the natural world, especially when it’s reflected in water.
