We’d like to help you out, by offering a tasty soaky black bean brownie recipe. Made with black beans, almond butter and delicious cacao, this tasty treat is fit for the holiday season and beyond.

INGREDIENTS:
- 280 gr black beans, cooked without salt
- 170 gr dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 70 gr cacao powder, natural, non-alkalized
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, grounded
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 95˚C.
- Combine the black beans, dates, almond butter and vanilla in a food processor or high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth, add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
- Spread onto a very lightly-oiled 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours, cool completely, and cut into small squares.

Optional Topping
- 1 pcs avocado, ripe
- 0.5 cup water
- 4 tbsp cacao powder, natural, non-alkalized and unsweetened
- 5 pcs dates, pitted
- 1 splash vanilla extract
Blend topping ingredients in a high powered blender, and spread it on the brownies.
