Harissa-spiced noodles by @yummyyatra 🔥  Crunchy vegetables and spicy noodles–so delicious! . Steps Chop veggies and set aside. I used colored peppers, savoy cabbage, carrots and green onions. Heat a deep wok, add a tsp of oil, crushed garlic and sauté for a minute. Add some green onions and sauté. Now add all the vegetables, salt, harissa paste and sumac. Mix well and stir fry for about 4-5 minutes in high heat, stirring constantly. Add a few spoons of water to prevent the vegetables and spices from burning. Check for seasoning and add more spice or salt if you like Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Combine the veggies with the noodles and toss well and garnish with some more green onions. . For more plant-based recipes you can try at home, hit the link in our bio to sign up to our weekly newsletter! Kicking things off is an image so beautiful you can almost smell its flavors. @veganbowls blessed our feeds with these Harissa-spiced noodles by @yummyyatra. Some cultures in the world eat noodles because it signifies longevity. To those who are not familiar with Harissa, it’s a hot chili pepper paste that originated in North Africa. In the mix are various ingredients from Baklouti and serrano peppers, caraway and coriander seeds, cumin, garlic, and assorted herbs.

The recipe and the procedure on how to make this delight is in the photo’s description. So check it out!
