There’s nothing like a fresh vegan dish to start off the day. Great meals can be enjoyed anywhere, and while vegan tours weren’t viable last year, we hope to be able to savor great plant-based dishes while adventuring in the near future. For now, we’re content to enjoy great food for the new day. Welcome to this week’s Food Friday blog.

This week, we’ve got great vegan food photos in store for you, gathered from the galleries of Instagram’s dedicated foodies. We’ve got soups, noodles and so much more to show.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Our first pick of the week belongs to @terianncarty, presenting a lovely bowl of spicy peanut butter noodles. This comfy-looking vegan food photo comes with its own ingredient list and instructions, so while you can totally admire its colors and textures, you can also enjoy it for yourself. Spicy noodles are delicious in almost all kinds of weather, from summer evenings to winter mornings. These noodles are making us quite hungry.

Next up is @vegandivas’s mouth-watering serving of cauliflower. The cauliflower works well as a meat substitute for a variety of dishes, although it can still be enjoyed on its own. It’s all a matter of how you serve it. This cauliflower serving looks particularly sumptuous, with its well-textured exterior and a pale interior. Yum!

Have you ever craved for some exotic hot chilli? Have you considered the tasty Tunisian harissa paste? Well, this vegan harissa and spinach pie by @cake_files_ has certainly piqued our interest! This savory pie uses harissa, and we’re quite curious about this beautiful cake’s great taste.

@itsallgoodvegan presents a great bowl of corn chowder, complete with bread. Corn has a specific taste that works well when it’s both fresh off the cob and while inside a hot soup. Bread and soup also works really well together, which is probably why bread bowls are a thing. The yellow hue of this soup is quite enticing.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @vgnbites_, showcasing a bunch of colorful and vibrant vegan dragon fruit popsicles. Dragon fruit is a great fruit. It has some intense colors with a unique taste. Like many fruits, it tastes amazing when it’s cold, so it only makes sense that fruit-based cold desserts are well-loved. These dragon-fruit popsicles are quite exquisite. We’d love to enjoy the summer season with such delights.

That’s it for this week. Be sure to visit us next week for a fresh batch of great vegan food photos to admire and be inspired by. Interested in showcasing your own vegan meals? Just add the hashtag #FoodFriday on your future vegan food photos, and who knows, maybe you’ll be featured in a future blog!
