Hello everyone. Today’s meal is a tofu broccoli stirfry over black quinoa! I love stir fry because it’s easy to make, however I still seem to always mess up the sauce! Today I finally found a recipe that works. This recipe will make enough sauce for likely 4 servings of stir fry veggies! Here it is:⁣ ⁣ •1/3 cup and 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos) ⁣ •1/4 cup of sesame oil ⁣ •1 tbsp of cornstarch (try to find non-GMO!!) ⁣ ⁣ Add together in a mason jar and shake! Make sure you add this only within the last few minutes of cooking as it will thicken fast! It also tastes delicious with some fresh minced garlic. Enjoy 💕

She even provided a recipe in the image description for a delicious sauce to go with her great dish! We just love it when vegan foodies present the recipes to their masterpieces.



Flavors collide in this two-part vegan cuisine dish by @britwent. Served with roasted greens, breaded tofu, and sweet vegan honey mustard dressing, this meal is also graced by a small bowl of kimchi. Believe us, kimchi is absolutely delicious, with a unique taste defined by its hair-raising spiciness. We can only guess what these lively flavors taste like together!
