The holidays are fast approaching, and to prepare your appetites for the coming feasts this season, allow your eyes to devour our #FoodFriday blog!

Each week, we dig deep into the image galleries of Instagram to look for 5 exceptional vegan cuisine photos. Our selection for this week includes seaweed dishes, kimchi delights, and a whole lot of quinoa.

Feeling hungry yet? Let’s dig in!

This photo by @hottropicalyoga begins this week’s Food Friday selection, an eclectic plate of seaweed, spinach, almonds and assorted veggie powders, all surrounding a freshly-cut lemon flanked by two scrumptious-looking mushrooms. This vegan dish makes our lists for being unique and artful in its presentation. We just dig this plate’s aesthetic.

Our next vegan food pick is this lovely plate by @holisticallyjill. Her modestly-presented vegan meal consists of stir-fried tofu and broccoli, served with black quinoa. She even provided a recipe in the image description for a delicious sauce to go with her great dish! We just love it when vegan foodies present the recipes to their masterpieces.

Flavors collide in this two-part vegan cuisine dish by @britwent. Served with roasted greens, breaded tofu, and sweet vegan honey mustard dressing, this meal is also graced by a small bowl of kimchi. Believe us, kimchi is absolutely delicious, with a unique taste defined by its hair-raising spiciness. We can only guess what these lively flavors taste like together!

I didn't want to let you forget about this warm kale and quinoa salad, which has been a surprise standout recipe for me this year! It's easy enough that you can throw it together today in anticipation of the big day tomorrow, and you'll be sure to satisfy anyone coming to dinner who might be gluten-free or vegan.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ https://theliveinkitchen.com/warm-kale-and-quinoa-salad/⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #vegan #vegansofig #vegetarian #plantpowered #plantbased #plantstrong #veganfoodshare #veganfood #eeeeets #easyrecipes #inmykitchen #veganfoodlover #plantbasedlifestyle #plantbasedpower #healthyfoodideas #healthyfoodlover #feedfeed #food52 #foodfoodfood #thanksgiving #foodilicious #huffposttaste #vegetariansofig #eatmoreplants #vegetarianfoodblogger #eatwelllivewell #makeitdelicious #foodspiration #foodmatters #thanksgiving2019

@theliveinkitchen presents this exquisite warm kale and quinoa salad, with a helpful link to the recipe on her website. With the cold season just on our doorstep, sharing a warm and filling vegan meal is a great way to spend time with friends or family indoors. This salad will surely answer your craving in the colder days to come.

Our last vegan food pick for this week belongs to @vegan_gohan, who has presented an aesthetically-pleasing Japanese vegan plate featuring steamed rice, karaage style fried soy meat, lettuce, broccoli, and pickled cucumbers. While we all enjoy hearty vegan feasts, we also appreciate the delicately-prepared vegan cuisine that emphasizes quality over quantity. This particular vegan food photo reminds us that even the most seemingly-simple dinners can still be healthy and delicious.

Are you satisfied? We truly hope so! Stay tuned for next week’s #FoodFriday blog, where we showcase another set of 5 great vegan dishes. Better yet, participate in our weekly Food Friday celebration by posting your own great vegan dishes with the hashtag #FoodFriday and #VacationingVegan on Instagram.
