Many things have changed over the course of last year. However, one thing that hasn’t changed is our passion for vegan cuisine. Welcome to this week’s Food Friday blog!

This week, we’ve got quite a selection of vegan food photos in store for you, gathered from the great galleries of the foodies of Instagram. We’ve got pies, sandwiches and so much more to show you this week.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Our first pick of the week belongs to @daily_vegandose, showcasing a delightful place of spicy tofu. Covered in a creamy coconut sauce that’s bound to make your dinner delightful, this tofu meal has a bunch of great ingredients that’s sure to make you smile. Plus, with a link to the recipe list in the post, you can make this meal for yourself at home.

Savor another great mushroom meal in @asianveganandbeyond’s plant-based mushroom sandwich dish! We’re loving the bread, with that flour dusting and such an enticing texture. Plus, the greens inside are quite exquisite. The mushrooms on this sandwich must work well with all the other vegetables, creating a delicious combination that you cannot forget.

@jordyn.foods presents a delicious slice of hummus toast. Full of pesto, tempeh and other small delights, this all-green bread meal is bound to make you smile in the mornings. Toast is a well-known piece of a balanced breakfast, and just like pasta, it’s quite versatile in terms of what you can add to it.

@kitchen_plantastic presents a lovely vegan pie. This great pastry dish is made of tomatoes, along with a bunch of other lovely vegan ingredients, such as a plant-based mozzarella. Pies are great for both simple dinners and great celebrations, and this particular pie is so eye-catching. You can see the lovely textures of the tomatoes as it contrasts with the crispiness of the pastry crust.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @cocoluvcookies, presenting their vegan funfetti chocolate chip blondies. This festive dessert dish is great for birthdays and we’re sure that you’d love to have something sweet to eat during your next celebrations. These vegan blondies can really lighten up any festive occasion.

That’s it for this week. Be sure to visit us next week for a fresh batch of vegan food photos to admire and be inspired by. Interested in showcasing your own creations?
