The season of spring is quite exhilarating, a time for renewal and new opportunities. Spring will eventually lead to summer, a time when we’d usually travel on vacation, probably on vegan cruises. The future might not be set in stone, but we can still enjoy life one day at a time. Welcome to this week’s Food Friday blog.

This week, we’ve got great plant-based dishes to showcase you, gathered from the galleries of Instagram’s dedicated foodies. We’ve got oats, scones and so much more in store for you.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Our first pick of the week is by @tastyasfit, showcasing another great pasta dish. This Tuscan pasta salad dish has all the great markings of a delectable meal, from its easy hues and color tones to its list of flavorful ingredients. We just love a fresh bowl of great pasta.

@betterbowlsbako presents a set of great scones! Dessert can be enjoyed at any point in the day, but what better way to enjoy it than after a busy work schedule? We’re quite sure that these sweet scones will liven up your taste buds after a long day of indoor tasks and Zoom meetings.

Here’s another cool and sweet meal, this time by @thatvegannamedcarol. Here we seep a packed quick oat and berry meal with almond milk and peanut butter, a filling combination that’s sure to empower anyone who eats it. Maybe it’s just us, but this bowl reminds us of a colorful nebula or galaxy, making it all the more appealing.

Cheers to another great snack food from another country. @sujathas_kitchen presents a bowl of fried cabbage bondas, a classic Indian dish with so many great veggies in it that you can easily make it vegan. Oh, we can only imagine the taste of these bondas when you sink your teeth in them.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @livejoyfully365, presenting a bagel seed cauliflower dish in all its glory. Cauliflower is one of those rich and memorable vegetables that can be used in a lot of savory meals. Here it’s used in such a way that it can serve as a dinner in itself, providing an exquisite meal for any vegan or vegan-curious person out there.

That’s it for this week. Be sure to visit us next week for a fresh batch of vegan food photos to admire and be inspired by. Interested in showcasing your own vegan creations? Just add the hashtags #FoodFriday and #VacationingVegan on your future IG food photos, and who knows, maybe you’ll be featured in a future blog!
