Easy vegan recipes are a big part in spreading the vegan lifestyle. Simple yet elegant dishes can really entice people to give plant-based living a try. We can always build on the basic parts of our lives in order to improve ourselves, and maybe even others. Sleeping early, for example, can do wonders in making the next day better. Welcome to this week’s Food Friday blog.

This week, we’ve got a great gallery of vegan food photos in store for you, gathered from the great foodies of Instagram. We’ve got salads, tacos and so much more for you this Friday, a smorgasbord of visual delights to inspire you on your own vegan endeavors.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

First up is @crossyley_kitchen with their amazing chickpea salad in pita bread dish. Pita bread is a lovely flatbread that brings out the best in almost all plant-based fillings used for it. The powdery white texture of the pita in the photo works well together with the savory colors of the chickpeas inside it.

Up next is @desserts_by_vic’s eye-catching heart-style vegan cupcakes. The rich burgundy color gives these desserts a sense of sophistication, a kind of relaxed yet stylish vibe. Coffee shops made up a good chunk of vegan establishments back when the pandemic wasn’t a thing, so seeing a plant-based dessert that wouldn’t look out of place in such a cafe is refreshing.

@gerel_ayalguu presents this wholly filling soya milk and granola bowl, a thick breakfast option that looks like they’d give you all the nutrients that you need to get through another day indoors. Vegan breakfast meals are like jolts of electricity that start up your systems, letting you move further than you would if you hadn’t made your first meal of the day plant-based.

Salads may be a common dish, but you bet that each one tastes different and unique. Take this buckwheat and beetroot salad dish by @zoul_food, set on an oval bowl against a simple background. Its ingredients are noticeable and distinct, providing a new gastronomic experience to whoever tastes it. The plant-based yogurt just adds to its delightfulness.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @cuorevegano, showcasing a set of colorful and vibrant vegan tacos. The thing we like best about tacos is that their ingredients are always on display, a sense of transparency that goes well with their hard or soft shell casings. These tacos look like they’d be a real delight to chew on, with all the ingredients lined up inside.

That’s it for this week. Be sure to visit us next week for a fresh batch of vegan cuisine photos to admire and be inspired by. Interested in showcasing your own delightful dishes in the future?
