Inspire yourself to try something new and exciting for 2021. Maybe even pick a new hobby, like drawing or even gardening. You’ve got a whole new year ahead of you, after all. Welcome to this week’s FoodFriday blog!

This week, we’ve got a fresh batch of great vegan food photos just for you, compiled from the great galleries of the folk of Instagram. We’ve got delightful sweets, delicious savory dishes, and so much more in store for you this Friday.

Ready? Let’s go!

Our first pick of the week belongs to @afrosewing, showcasing a delicious mushroom and spinach pasta plate. Spinach has that extra something that makes it stand out among the many leafy ingredients that you can put in pasta, and mushroom is, well, mushroom, a delicious addition in almost every savory dish. Yum.

Who doesn’t love homemade hash browns? Potatoes and potato-based dishes are very nourishing, and having that kitchen-made touch to them makes them extra delicious. Truly, @ozarkmountainvegan’s crunchy plate of hash browns is absolutely mouth-watering.

@wearegardenofvegan’s sesame ginger and noodles plate looks stunning! Just look at all those fresh and tasty broccolis, zucchinis and eggplants, flavored by ginger sauce and speckled with striking sesame seeds. We can feel the healthy vibes from this meal just from this great photo.

Who’s up for some casserole? @veganbreadmaker presents this plant-based “sushi” dish that really puts us in the mood for some tasty casserole, especially one with such great ingredients like avocado, soy sauce and shredded tofu. Oh, how we’d love to dig into this dish.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @veganizeyourlife, presenting a circle of mouth-watering vegan tiramisu. The hues of this plant-based sweet are just so aesthetically pleasing, the light and dark brown of the raw vegan dessert giving it a sense of flavor and sophistication. Just imagine this tiramisu melting in your mouth, yum.
