This week, we’ve got a great gallery of curated vegan food photos by the dedicated folk of Instagram, images of plant-based delights that we hope tickle your fancy and inspire you on your own vegan ventures. We’ve got vegan gyros, stuffed squash, and so much more in store for you this week.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Our first pick of the week is by @heather.loveeee, showcasing their lovely vegan falafel gyro! This Greek delight has all the hallmarks of a tasty Mediterranean meal, from the fresh veggies to the soft supple bread. The best thing about delving into vegan Instagram is the chance to check out tasty and delicious plant-based food from all over the world, and this vegan gyro is just so delightful to discover.

@3mcsavoryandsweets presents this simple yet powerful pic of a vegan Buddha’s delight. True to its name, it’s a staple in Buddhist and Chinese cuisine, a culturally plant-based delight that has found popularity all over the world. Here we see an assortment of delicious vegetables and tofu, all of which are lathered by soy sauce. Ah, we can feel the freshness from the photo alone!

It’s never too late in the day to have cake. @sculptedkitchen presents these delicious and oh so sweet smores raw cakes, complete with a recipe for you to try out for the holiday season. Ah, smores, the mainstay of many a camping trip, now an ingredient for a delicious raw vegan recipe. The color scheme even works well with the snowy colors of the yuletide season.

From something cold and sweet, we now move onto something warm and savory. This stuffed acorn squash is by @plantfully_fed, showcasing a set of mushrooms, chickpeas and other delights inside a squash like a bunch of candies in a bowl. Just imagine the taste of all these ingredients as you scoop them out for your Christmas dinner, yum.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @thefoodietakesflight, presenting this delectable chocolate chip skillet cookie! We’ve always been a fan of baked vegan goods, and desserts like this just make us love them even more. With a link to the full recipe in the description, you too can create and eat some delicious vegan cookies for Christmas Eve and afterwards. Delight in the sweetness of your friends and loved ones by sharing your tasty food with them.
