Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Our first pick of the week is this Traditional Cyprus Koulouri bread by @sour_dough_breadd. This recipe looks different from a normal sourdough bread and it has quite an unusual shape as well. Nonetheless, we’re sure it’ll still tastes divine! With its moist, fluffy interior and a crunchy sesame-covered crust, it’s sure to be a hit with everyone.

Up next is this East West Chickpea Pancake Bowl by @v.eatsandtravels. This vegan chickpea pancake bowl is a simple, delicious way to get your morning started. The pancakes are made from chickpea flour, which means that they’re high in protein and fiber, and low in sugar. Pair it with various greens and seasonings and you’re all set to start your day.

If you’re not sure what to whip up for lunch, check out this bowl of homemade refried Mexican pinto beans by @rob_food_crazy.This comforting dish can be a quick and easy recipe to do at home. You can just customize, add, or remove certain ingredients to meet your preferences. This is the perfect midday meal to warm you up and get you through the day.

Craving a midnight snack? Then this quick and easy Yakisoba dish by @veggievirtuoso is perfect for you. It only takes 10 minutes to complete and you can make it even healthier by seasoning it on your own instead of using the packets of seasoning it comes with. Just looking at this picture makes our mouth water!

Our last pick for this week is this five bean pasta by @stacey_goes_vegan. This recipe is a great way to use up any leftover five bean pasta you may have. It’s also a great way to try out nutritional yeast if you’re not sure where to start—it adds a nutty, cheesy flavor without any dairy.
