Of course, vegan food is usually stereotyped as being all salads and no protein but tofu is the best meat substitute you can find! In addition to the tofu, you have avocado, potatoes and a lot of tasty greens. It’s the perfect bowl for those who are worried about their nutrient intake.

 

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so it’s a good idea to make it the best meal. Presenting this lovely breakfast plate is @fryupinspector from Cafe33. The plate is packed with some vegan sausages, bread hash browns and veggies. It’s a great healthy morning treat that will boost your energy for the rest of the day.

Our last pick for this week, we have a refreshing fruit and cookie bowl by @healthyfoodclearmind. This is the perfect breakfast treat to have when you’re rushing. Prepping the cookies beforehand and having it with some freshly cut up fruit is simple and super tasty. There’s nothing like a quick energy boost in the morning with a nice bowl like this.
