Welcome to this week’s FoodFriday Blog.

This week, we’ve got a great collection of vegan cuisine photos to show you, gathered from the galleries of Instagram’s dedicated foodies. We’ve got noodles, rice bowls, and so much more for you to feast your eyes on.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Our first pick of the week is from @jessy.wallace with a wonderful bowl of Quinoa. The vibrant greens make this bowl a sight to behold. Mixed in with some fried tofu, smoked paprika, sauteed broccoli and edamame. Presented beautifully and packed with nutrition, this wholesome bowl is definitely worth making.

Next up, we have a delicious tofu and noodle bowl by @vegi.ez. Wheat Noodles and fried tofu make the best combination, especially when mixed with plenty of sauteed veggies, and topped with sesame seeds. The addition of lime gives it a refreshing, zesty flavor that will enhance your experience. This is a must try!

For our next entry, we have this awesome Vegan Philly cheese steak by @crowmoonkitchen. Philly cheese steaks are not made to be vegan, but the vegan alternative is just as good. Vegan cuisine has come so far, and you can see just how amazing vegan food can be with this vegan Philly cheese steak. You can make this delicious and savory sandwich at home with all the ingredients listed for your convenience.

Next, @janetsmunchmeals presents an exquisite and tasty Creamy Tomato Pasta with Broccoli. Pasta is such a versatile dish that everyone loves. Luckily, this vegan pasta dish is filled with delicious broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and a very creamy tomato sauce. Prepared with love, this dish is the perfect addition to any dinner table.

Our last pick of this week belongs to @samibloom with these delectable Vanilla Almond Pikelets. A little smaller than pancakes, these pikelets make the perfect on the go breakfast. The toppings are what makes this pastry so unique. Included in this recipe are nuts, berries and seeds which give the pancake a very earthy and sweet natural taste that you will surely make breakfast exciting.
