All of us deserve a nice, warm meal. A good meal is important for everyone, wherever you may be. Eating a meal while on a vegan culinary cruise is luxurious, but so is eating a meal with friends at home. Whether your warm meal is big or small, it is vital to your health and well-being. Welcome to this week’s Food Friday blog.

This week, we’ve got a great collection of vegan cuisine photos to show you, gathered from the galleries of Instagram’s dedicated foodies. We’ve got noodles, salads, and so much more for you to feast your eyes on.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Our first pick of the week belongs to @plant.based.debbie.adler, showcasing a nice bowl of cauliflower chowder. The color orange is said to stimulate the appetite, and we can’t help but agree with that fact as we look at this image. This thick soup is a delight to look at, full of cauliflower and turmeric. You can make it yourself if you want to!

Next up is @healthiersteps with their eye-catching vegan lasagna! This delightful pasta dish is made using tofu ricotta, cashew cream and other plant-based ingredients, which work together to form a wonderful whole. This particular lasagna looks soft, warm and oh so chewy, the perfect traits for a meal during the cold season. We love how appetizing the color scheme is too.

This set of cinnamon swirls by @damgoodenglishmuffins looks amazing! With the way they’re presented, they remind us of a snowbank. This image may not be as vivid or vibrant as others, but it does have a great sense of texture. Bread has that wonderful visual goodness to it that implies great flavor. In this case, the powdery exterior implies a sweet and satisfying snack experience.

@beyondveganeats presents a sumptuous plate of vegan stir-fry noodles. Stir-fry dishes are memorable in their own unique way, a kind of culinary style that is popular in many parts of the world. Squash is used in both sweet and savory vegan meals, and as such is a good fit for a plant-based stir-fry noodle meal. Yum!

Our final pick of the week belongs to @malibu_foodie, presenting a bowl of classic salad. Made with beans, paprika and sliced avocados, this salad reminds us of sunnier times, when we ate food freely with friends while enjoying the sunshine. Food is a powerful way to connect people together, and making salads can really help you reconnect with that sense that you’re part of a bigger vegan community.

That’s it for this week. Be sure to visit us next week for a fresh batch of great vegan food photos to admire and be inspired by.
