crispy baked tofu guys this is one of my favorite dinners! it’s relatively easy to make and baking it for a while gets you that crispy exterior with a soft inside. it’s my favorite way to eat tofu!! the first step is to drain the tofu. i used a block of firm tofu. cube it, place it on a baking sheet with another baking sheet and some heavy objects on top for about 15 mins preheat the oven to 400 degrees combine 1/2 a tbsp of vegetable oil, 1/2 a tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of soy sauce/ alternative, a little grated ginger (or powder), and garlic powder toss the tofu in the sauce, then spread it out on the sheet pan. bake it for 15 mins, flip the cubes, and bake for 10 more minutes. i served it with a veggie stir fry mix (I added some riced cauliflower to that) and topped it with sriracha, sesame seeds, and cilantro enjoy! • • • #dinner #teriyakitofu #tofu #bakedtofu #asiantofu #healthy #winter #vegan #plantbased #recipe #spicy #whatimeating #deats #veganrecipe #noodles #stirfry #christmas #diy #tutorial #healthylifestyle #healthyfood #tofurecipes #sriracha

These tofu flautas with chimichurri sauce are everything 😍 Not only are they easy to make, crunchy, savory and satisfying, but they're also loaded with protein and are much healthier than traditional deep fried flautas (not that there's anything wrong with treating yo self once in awhile 😘). Flautas are basically oversized taquitos and chimichurri is a slightly spicy, zingy, herb-y sauce that adds a punch of flavor (and vitamin C!) to any dish 👌If you're looking for a dish that is equally good on a weeknight and for entertaining (even the most adamant meat eaters), this is it. If you want to make this dish gluten free, use corn tortillas instead of flour 🌽 Recipe is up on my website! ❤ #vegan #veganfoodshare #vegansofig #feedfeedvegan #feedfeed #instafood #foodporn #healthyfood #healthy #cleaneating #fitness #foodgasm #whatveganseat #love #dairyfree #instavegan #veganlifestyle #veganfood #food #foodie #foodphotography #foodblog #nutrition #flautas #vegetarianfood #vegetarian #glutenfree #cooking #homemade #veganrecipes

Two is better than one, as evident in these tofu flautas by @alana_eats. Prepared with Argentinian chimichurri sauce, this delicious dish truly arouses the appetite. We can almost imagine what it tastes like with each bite.
