Making vegan foods is a lot like a hobby to us, in how we devote a lot of time to the craft and preparation of delicious meals. Finding joy in small things can let you endure the big tasks and duties of life, whether it’s making food or doodling in the margins of your notebook. Welcome to this week’s Food Friday blog.

This week, we’ve got a great selection of vegan cuisine photos to show you, gathered from the great galleries of Instagram’s dedicated foodies. We’ve got soups, pizzas and so much more for you to feast your eyes on.

Ready? Let’s dig right in!

Let’s begin this week with a nice and chewy dessert. This lovely raw fig cake is by @harulifestyle, a delicate piece of edible art. We really like how brightly colored this slice of cake is, and the fact that it’s a raw vegan masterpiece just makes it extra-scrumptious. Raw vegan desserts are really eye-catching.

Next up is @alesterg815 lovely plant-based pizza dish, one that, despite its irregular shape, retains its deliciousness. We can spot fresh tomatoes, pepperoni, chopped onions and the mouth-watering texture of the crust. Plant-based pizzas are a lot like pasta in how you can be creative with them.

@thegreenfoodguy presents a nice wrap of vegan nuggets, cashew sauce, turmeric and other plant-based delights. Vegan wraps come in all shapes and sizes, from leafy tortilla servings to spicy flatbread wraps. The usage of olives, corn and parsley in this wrap really brings out a sense of freshness to the dish.

Soup is great for the cold weather, and this delicious tomato cauliflower soup by @veganyackattack just exemplifies that. On chilly nights when the wind blows through the windows, a nice, hot meal can really make the difference between a calm evening indoors and a needlessly stressful one. Tomato soup is a lovely dinner for such a time, and cauliflower is a great basis for such a soup.

Our final pick of the week belongs to @sortoffitrob, presenting a comfy vegan brownie and chocolate hazelnut ice cream combo. Brownies and ice cream work really well together, combining the sugary sweetness of cold dessert with the cocoa flavor of baked delights. Together with bits of almond granola, this dessert is sure to give you a satisfying follow-up to your great vegan dinners.

That’s it for this week. Be sure to visit us next week for a fresh batch of great vegan food photos to admire and be inspired by. Interested in showcasing your own vegan masterpieces?
