This week, we’ve got exciting vegan food photos to show you, gathered from the galleries of Instagram’s dedicated foodies. We’ve got soups, pies, and so much more for you to see.

Our first pick of the week belongs to @vegan_and_cocktails, showcasing a nice, comfy bowl of vegan pho. Pho is a Vietnamese soup with delicious noodles, a warm and cozy meal for the coming winter nights. We can imagine ourselves enjoying a nice bowl of pho when the snow falls and the rain becomes cold.
Next up is @aussie_vegan_family_’s delightful German potato salad. Using the distinct flavors of sauerkraut and the nice taste of dill, this particular potato salad is shaping up to be a stunning meal. We’d love to spice up our dinners with such a great dish.
This vegan apple strudel by @missmarzipancom looks phenomenal! From the texture of the pastry to the sumptuous apple bits inside the wrap, this strudel is something that we cannot ignore. Just imagine taking a bite out of this wondrous vegan dessert during the coming holiday season.
@rawfoodroxie presents a fabulous mushroom and asparagus soup, a humble fare that’s sure to give you the nutrients you need to stay fit and healthy. Asparagus has a unique taste, and mushrooms are known for their umami flavor and texture, so combining the two in one soup must be quite delicious.
Our final pick of the week belongs to @upbeetandkaleingit, showcasing a set of vegan broccoli lasagna rollups. We love vegan pasta, including vegan lasagna, so seeing it in a different form is great. They look a lot like desserts, but are still savory.
